Kumtor Operating Company (KOC) operates a gold mine operation located in the Tien-Shan Mountains of the Kyrgyz Republic in Central Asia. The project was originally a gold mining joint venture between the government of the Kyrgyz Republic and Centerra Gold Inc, a Canadian mining company. The project is currently an affiliate of Centerra Gold. It has been in commercial production since May 1997.

• Manage a team of 2 team leaders and 40 warehouse people

• Coordinate and book shipments, review paperwork and assign unloading tasks, direct the placement of incoming product for storage, resolve all receiving variances

• Direct the movement and storage of inventory

• Review orders and assign manpower, inspect performance, coordinate outbound transportation and loading, and meet customer deadlines

• Inspect on the shop floor, checking throughout the shift to ensure that proper methods and procedures are used and that quality and safety standards are met or exceeded

• Comply with requirements for documentation and reporting; report incidents, and information as required to management

• Recommend enhancements to standard procedures

• Ensure warehouse equipment is operated in accordance with standard operating and safety procedures. Ensure equipment is maintained in good order, request repairs/replacements

• Maintain the organization, appearance and cleanliness of the facility

• Report all missing, damaged product, any racking and equipment deficiencies, all safety hazards and report variances and incidents to management immediately

• Assisting in interviewing, training, developing staff skill sets and coaching for all Support Staff within their area of responsibility

• Assisting in Scheduling and managing staff and equipment resources

• Assisting operations in troubleshooting and resolving day-to-day issues and activities

• Conducting regular formal employee reviews and informal feedback discussions for all staff within their area of responsibility

• Monitoring service levels to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded

• Administering disciplinary action as required for all staff within their area of responsibility

• Acting as primary front-line operations point person for any billing/payroll issues

• Supporting and enforcing the Company''s Health and Safety and Compliance policies
