Excellent experience in training and mentoring team members with technical/system knowledge and business processes.
Experience in project management activities, forecasting, billing in Clarity
Significant contribution in demand management savings of approximately 200K /year

Project: SafeKey
1. SafeKey is American Express tool that augments Online Fraud prevention solutions licensing Visa’s 3-D Secure protocol
2. Drove the requirement gathering and brainstorming end to end solutions.
3. Did extensive development in DB2 Stored procedures and built REXX based tools for testing of Stored Procedure API.
4. Designed, Planned and coordinated Chargeback decisioning capability for SafeKey project.
5. Worked with Global delivery model with offshore at different geographical locations.
6. Worked on the forecasting of resource allocation to support project timelines
7. Led a 15 member strong offshore team to support the project delivery under strict timeline restrictions.

Project: Enterprise Privacy Event Notification (EPEN)
1. EPEN is a privacy capability that notifies American Express customers when an incident of data compromise occurs in global and domestic market.
2. Played a critical role in the development of an automated Web based application to replace the existing process, which was manual and time-consuming. Developed and coded DB2 Stored Procedures for analytical reporting.
3. Performed the role of Onshore Tech Lead in this 1 million dollar project and was solely responsible delivery of mainframe piece of this project
4. Efficiently estimated and forecasted offshore effort.

Role: Software Engineer
Project: WFIS Infrastructure Uplift
1. WFIS Infrastructure uplift project migrated the application from IMS database structure to DB2 database structure and replaced the legacy IMS green screens with web pages, thus enabling the application to align with industry standard for Service delivery network
2. Analyzed and brainstormed the DB2 table structure to be used as replacement of IMS hierarchical tables.
3. Spearheaded the application development from offshore.
4. Developed REXX tools for code backup and DB2 Stored Procedure set-up, which contributed to time saving during the build phase.
5. Built a MQ based service to replace IMS Green screen Inquiry screen.

Role: Software Engineer
Project: FraudNet Enhancements
1. Designed and coded an application that provides fraud data and fraud management functions which assists GNS partners in mitigating fraud occurrences and losses.
2. Worked on the Collection subsidiary project, which involved capturing Collection Subsidiary status of a Fraud account in the Fraud reports.
3. Lead the offshore development for the Infrastructure uplift project as part of which one of our Proprietary fraud application was moved from IMS databases to DB2 databases.
4. Was responsible for Delivering documents required for different stages of SDLC adhering to American Express standards.
5. Contributed significantly to Demand management saves.
