I serve as the dealer/sales coordinator for a 3-person nautical software company. Responsibilities include customer service, phone sales, processing orders, billing and invoicing, and packaging and shipping the product for delivery.

Maptech, Inc– 1997-2008 Amesbury, MA. Digital Chart Production/ Warehouse Production Coordinator

Worked in Digital Chart Production for first 5 years with the company, where I used Adobe Photoshop to proofread and graphically enhance scanned US Topographical maps in preparation for conversion to digital format

• Worked in both land and marine production, applying skills to other areas of the company.

• Trained in company-owned digital formatting.

• Created and maintained company-wide inventory database for more than 12,000 paper charts.
