Worldwide communication hub for all engineering and masking operations.

Design build conversion of approximately 9ksf of existing office space into clean, climate controlled server farm. Design included provision of redundant power and HVAC systems to insure precise control tolerances. Mechanical scope included expansion of entire existing central plant to accommodate additional cooling requirements. Power requirements included installation of 14kv substation, backup generators and UPS DC battery systems. Project completed ahead of very rigid schedule.

• Intel Corporation, Santa Clara, CA: Focused Ion Beam Lab

Convert an existing office space into clean microprocessor testing lab. Project scope included the installation and connection of area owner tools and equipment.

• Intel corporation, Santa Clara, CA: ATO / Mattec Lab Consolidation

Design-build conversion of existing office space to combine two existing clean lab areas for the purpose of viewing and testing microprocessor layers for inconsistencies.

Space weaponry vehicle testing facility. Build out required expansion of existing central plant with multiple AH units to accommodate complicated environmental program requirements. Provide new 30kcfm HVAC system to replace failing existing system in a class 10K low bay satellite assembly area. Aggressive project scheduling required accommodating customer program and protection of stored satellites. Overall project was successful both meeting schedule with operational performance exceeding user requirements.

• Intel corporation, Santa Clara, CA: D2 CHWS/R Emergency Replacement

Scope included the rerouting and replacement of main active underground 24” CHWS/R piping actively serving the entire microchip fabrication clean rooms climate control systems. Very aggressive schedule was met with success and without impact to production.

• California Waste Solutions, San Jose, CA: Design-build recycling plant

Scope included the conversion of 38,000sf existing office/warehouse building into

a new state of the art recycling facility. This plant was first in US to utilize single stream processing technology and equipment. Project scope included the build out of new administration offices, employee locker rooms, break room and dining area.

• West Coast Recycling Plant NORCAL, San Francisco, CA:

Convert an existing Port of San Francisco warehouse building pier 96 into recycling facility. Project scope included administration offices, processing equipment foundation systems and push walls construction, installation of multiple conveyances and sorting systems, baling presses and truck scales.

Base Build / Land Development

• Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space LMSS, Sunnyvale, CA: Design-build Satellite-Testing Facility (STA).

Base-build 120ft high bay facility. Majority of interior space consisted of class 100k clean room. Installation of test stands for purposes of launch simulation stress tests on satellite and missile fuselage and electronics. Technical foundation design installed to accommodate vibratory testing requirements.

• Metro 12 Theatre Complex, San Jacinto, CA: Construct design-build 39ksf completely operational turn-key multiplex movie theatre complex. Provide complete infrastructure and site development of 7 acre parcel for future restaurant, entertainment and retail shops.

• Metro 8 Theatre Complex, Indio, CA: Construct design-build 27ksf completely turn key multiplex movie theatre complex. Provide complete site development and infrastructure installation of 9 acre parcel for future restaurant, entertainment and retail shops.

• United Artist, 10 Theatre Complex, Fresno, CA: Construct 33ksf multiple theatre complex at existing developed site. Owner’s vender equipment installation and startup coordination was included as a part of the overall project scope.

• Cinemark North, Mall 5, Ames, IA: Convert 18ksf retail space in actively operational shopping mall into multiple auditorium theatre.
