Lead in the Training of, 4 new and 1 newly recruited, industrial engineers in the MOST Standard Data Development System for creation of and application of Type-1 Labor Standards. Analyzed the existing machining capacities, made machine tool recommendations and optimized production.
Arranged for and orchestrated the successful training of 5 industrial engineers in the MOST Standard Data Development System.
The developed standard data, by the newly trained industrial engineers, withstood intense Union scrutiny.
Refined the perishable tooling used in the casting production line which equated to approx. $25k per year, savings, in tool costs.
Recommended and initiated the purchase of major machine tooling that level loaded the machine capacity and ultimately expanded the product line.
