Proline Technologies was a Texas based company with the cured-in-place pipe expertise of Sewer Tech Services, Inc.,

Achievements:
1. Cost Reduction/Avoidance. Managed manpower between several remote locations, centralized crew reporting and disbursement which eliminated the need to hire additional personal.
2. Prioritized equipment usage on multiple jobsites which reduced equipment cost and increased profit.
3. Cost and Standards. Standardized company D.O.T. reporting which eliminated state fines and penalties on I.F.T.A. filings.
4. Waste Management. Launched large diameter pipe grout technique which increased production by 38% and cut labor cost.

1. Despite the language difference was able train both the crew and management staff on CIPP process in less than 6 months.
2. Managed both the cleaning and lining crews.

Ground & Pipe Technologies, Andalusia, AL (Oct 2000 to Jul 2002)
Ground & Pipe Technologies was an Alabama based pipe rehabilitation contractor.
Operations Manager. Scheduled crews and equipment, cost control, contract compliance, customer relations, personnel evaluation, overall profitability of the project. Customer Relationship Manager. Equipment/Fleet Manager.
Achievements:
1. Customer Relationship liaison to Bainbridge, Georgia Municipality. Achieved zero customer complaints to city. The city gave the company an additional 32,000 feet ($992,000.00) of CIPP lining with no bid because of excellent reputation.
2. Increased productivity on large diameter pipe installations. Installed four large diameter pipe liners in one ten hour day with one crew.

Insituform Southwest was a franchised licensee of Insituform North America which became Insituform Technologies, Inc. ITI is the combination of all the early franchised licensees such as Naylor Industries (Insituform Gulf South), and Gelco Insituform. All of whom were the leaders in the CIPP industry.
Services Manager. Managed the prep crews to dig ditches, set-up equipment, and to televise and clean the pipe.

Gelco was a franchised licensee of Insituform North America.
Project Supervisor. Oversee crew activity; work with refinery personal to insure smooth completion of project.
Naylor Industries, Houston, TX (Jan 1970 to Aug 1992)
Naylor Industries was a franchised licensee of Insituform North America. Later becoming Insituform Gulf South. Naylor was one of first to bring CIPP to the United States.
Services Manager. Managed the prep crews to excavate point repairs, set-up equipment, and to televise and clean the pipe.
Achievements:
1. Grew from equipment operator to Services Manager.
2. Learned all the aspect of pipeline rehabilitation from slip lining to CIPP that I could.
3. Evaluated San Antonio Zoo for sewer pipe rehabilitation.
