As a Custody Officer I am a single Officer in a unit of up to 92 Detainees. My responsibility as the unit officer is to maintain the safety and security of the detainees as well as the facility.

Working for Geico allowed me to utilize my superior customer service skills. Customers would call in for a number of reasons such as to get a quote or have their existing policy adjusted and it was my job to provide them with that “A” quality service.

As a Dealer my job was to maintain gaming security while at the same time providing excellent service to our patrons. I was a dealer for several different games such as Blackjack, Craps, Three Card Poker, Let it ride, Caribbean Stud.

The Authorizations Department was apart of a collection agency that processed the payments the collectors would get from the debtors. My job was to make sure that each payment was processed and posted to the correct account.
