• Principal of InSync Interactive, a developer of TDMA wireless data networks on the 218MhZ band. Raised over $10m from institutional and private investors, purchased spectrum both privately and at FCC auctions, planned, developed and rolled out first network.

• As CFO, managed NASDAQ IPO and subsequent $50m public sale of Heuristic Development Group, an internet based health and fitness software developer. Executed successful reverse merger strategy with private Company to create significant value at exit. Worked closely with product management team to migrate product to client server architecture as internet began to emerge.

• Helped raise over $25 million from private, corporate, Angel and VC backers for revolutionary optical chip component manufacturer developing innovative sol-gel triplexer module for FTTx markets. Involved in selection off shore manufacturing partner and development of kitting, quality control & IP protection strategy.

• Developed business plan for Eastman Kodak around innovative lenticular photography product. Technology allows up to 25 digital images to be interlaced together to simulate motion, or create pocket sized photo album.
