Repaired problems with connectors, splitters, wiring and traps. Responsible for planning and routing cable wiring inside customers’ homes. Interacted with customers on a daily basis.

Followed job specification according to Method of Procedure to ensure location, designation, and arrangement of equipment. Analyzed, tested, and verified performance of all installed telecommunication equipment subject to termination, according to company/customer standards and requirements. US Marine Corps Microwave Technician March 1995 – March 2000

Supervised the maintenance and repair of microwave radio equipment. Held the position of the quality control inspector for the Super High Frequency Division. Maintained records regarding parts ordered and status of equipment. Trained personnel on proper maintenance techniques regarding equipment. Repaired equipment to component level. Installed, tested, calibrated, modified, and maintained Microwave, UHF, and multiplexing systems and antennae using manuals, drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams. Held a Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
