Objective: Seeking for a CNN Mills position that could utilize my skills in the manufacturing industry.

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Haas, Fanucs controls.

• Experience in Programming CNC using MasterCAMx4, Mastercam 9.1

• Also able to create and edit programs using G & M code.

• Also experienced in preventive maintenance procedures

• To set and operate the CNC mills which are assigned to.

• Total understanding and abilities to read, understand and interpret manufacturing mechanical drawings.

• Operates CNC machines and machining equipments to perform a complex series of progressive machining operation to meet precise tolerate and finish requirements.

• To ensure that the CNC machines that are working on are maintained regularly and to a high standard.

• To ensure work areas and surrounding are kept clean and tidy at all times.

• To ensure that oils spillages are immediately cleaned up and the affected areas are cordoned off until it was made safe again for use.

• To ensure that all Health and Safety procedures are adhere to and work in a safe and competent manner.

• To carry out any duties that may be assigned by the machine Shop Supervisor and the Operation Director.

• Ability to work independently.

• Programming 2D, 3D Solid, 4-axis ...

• Make preparations and adjustments to ready machine for operation.

• Mount and check cutting tools in holders and properly hand load in machine magazines or spindles.

• Make adjustments during machining cycles and, as authorized, install various types of cutting tools to obtain desired results.
