Team Leader / Data Operations Manager 2009 – 2011
Managed staff of 9 responsible for DNB directives and service level agreements utilizing the Center Valley Computer Room, Media Services, and Production Services staff for Acxiom at DNB and at a client site.
• Managed processing of all inbound and outbound media types, both physical and electronic, uploading data to the mainframe, and submitting jobs required for processing.
• Consistently met or exceeded all client service level agreements by successfully managing and empowering staff, reducing redundancies, and assisting in automation of manual tasks.
• Directed the hiring, performance management, training and development of employees to ensure team of skilled employee base was available to support clients was maintained.

Managed staff of 19 associates handling all contracted processing for Center Valley Computer Room, Media Services, Production Services and Berkeley Heights Print Operations.
• Saved the potential loss of a client (exposure of confidential information) by analyzing the problem, establishing a new process and demonstrating safety of information to client resulting in a “customer service excellence” award from the company
