ENERGIE WERE USING OUTMODED CRT WORKSTATIONS. CAME ABOARD, ASSESSING STAFF
PRODUCTIVITY AND OUTPUT. IMPLEMENTED NEWEST PC TECHNOLOGY, TRAINING
PERSONNEL IN FULL SPECTRUM OF PROGRAMS. INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY AND CUT
STAFF 20%, SAVING $500K..
Created Inventory Management Program, Enabling Sales. Energie lacked
understanding of perpetual inventory, resulting in lost sales. Developed
daily inventory maintenance program for over 35 million garments in yearly
turnover. Improved inventory control, delivering less than 1% yearly
inventory variance.
Slashed Order Turnaround Time. Order Entry Department at Energie had no
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in place, slowing down delivery of
orders. Created and maintained customized EDI requirements for each client.
Reduced inventory order turnaround to about six hours, increasing sales
$10%.
Devised Innovative Reporting, Reducing Charge Backs. Energie was plagued
with 10 to 12 million costly annual charge backs. Designed and developed
Vendor Added Service Report, avoiding charge backs in packing and shipping
of product. Retrieved an annual $10M.
Right-Sized Operation. Recognized opportunity to cut personnel expenses at
Energie. Established and directed cross-training program, enabling
individual employees to assume additional responsibilities and multitask.
Reduced department workforce from 20 to 12 staff, saving $500K.

2009. Recruited to oversee order entry, maintenance, vendor relations,
inventory and training. Created and maintained UPC catalog for over 35M
garments annually. Directed complex 5-month SAP conversion and
implementation. Managed staff of 20.
MIS / Factory Manager, Explosive Clothing, $12M clothing manufacturer, 1992
to 1994. Designed and monitored systems for production, shipping and
distribution. Oversaw procurement, order entry and invoicing. Managed 10.
MIS / Operations Manager, Argenti Clothing, Inc., $20M clothing
manufacturer, 1991 to 1992. Determined sales and shipping capacities,
overseeing order entry, maintenance and allocation. Trained and supervised
staff of 12.
