ABOUT ME

I am an empathetic, dynamic, creative and cheerful person. An entrepreneur with leadership skills and great adaptability capacity; I learn quickly and have a great sense of belonging.

Because of my education I have an extensive knowledge about human behavior and I have important social skills for managing human resource such as assertiveness, planning strategies, prevention, organization, knowledge and command of the commercial area, ability to analyze information, generate and implement action plans.

I am good at handling relationships with customers such as satisfaction, complaints and claims; staff management oriented toward results, ensuring acknowledge of the goals by each member of the team; the generation of action plans and implementation of an appropriate individual follow-up for them; management and conflict resolution, psychological counseling, self and professional motivation speeches, responsibility on my assignments, sound judgment when it comes to take up challenges and making decisions in pursuit of personal and professional growth, progress and positive attitude toward goals.
