New 1,289-car parking structure with skywalk for the Manpower World Headquarters Project on 1.50 acres totaling 400,000SF. Value $28 Million

New construction of a $78 million, four-story, 292,000SF corporate headquarters that houses 900 employees and an adjacent seven-story 1,260-car parking structure connected to the building via a skywalk. The building is prominently situated along a bend in the Milwaukee River offering dramatic views to the city’s skyline.

 This project was LEED® Gold Level Certification.

Froedtert Memorial Hospital Emergency Department, Milwaukee, WI.

New construction and demo work for a four-phase 30,000SF remodeling project which contains the only Level 1 Trauma area in Southeastern Wisconsin.The Emergency Department (ED) remodel included the trauma space, waiting areas, triage, exam space and minor care. Value $32 Million

Froedtert Memorial Hospital West Clinic, Milwaukee, WI.

Remodeling project in the Froedtert Hospital campus. This project consisted of remodeling 20,000SF of the neuroscience and otolaryngology departments on the facility’s second and third

floors. Value $15 Million

New construction of a $110 million 310,000SF resarch and support space including wet bench, office, core research support, conference rooms, food/vending, telecommunication equipment and lobby.

Project Superintendent, MA Mortenson, Minneapolis, MN 1996-2004

Good Samaritan Cancer Center and Bed Tower Addition

Cancer Center & Bed Tower addition consisting of 146,000SF and includes a new inpatient bed, cancer center and medical office space, central utility plant and site improvements. The hospital was kept fully operational with no disruptions to sevices during construction.

Trinity at Terrace Park Replacement Hospital

The new hospital consists of a 198,000SF, 3-story, 150-bed inpatient and outpatient facility along with a 58,000SF medical and surgical facility with comprehensive support diagnostics. Lehigh Valley College

New construction of a building located on 29 acres and consists of three levels of approximately 97,285SF of classroom, laboratory and administrative areas and sophisticated data networking and communication systems along with all site work. Value $19 million.

Molecular and Cellular Biology Building

New construction of a research facility that houses classrooms and laboratory space. It is home to the University's department of biochemistry, molecular biology and biophysics, and the department of genetics, cell biology and development at the University of Minnesota.Value $105 million
