Good Samaritan Cancer Center and Bed Tower Addition
Cancer Center & Bed Tower addition consisting of 146,000SF and includes a new inpatient bed, cancer center and medical office space, central utility plant and site improvements. The hospital was kept fully operational with no disruptions to sevices during construction.

Trinity at Terrace Park Replacement Hospital
The new hospital consists of a 198,000SF, 3-story, 150-bed inpatient and outpatient facility along with a 58,000SF medical and surgical facility with comprehensive support diagnostics.
