For approximately one year I have been a jobsite supervisor. I’ve had the responsibility of scheduling employees, preparing time sheets, conducting safety meetings, managing the delivery of material and equipment among other numerous tasks. The most crucial part of my position has been to maintain outstanding work while staying on schedule and within budget.

2008 Operator/Supervisor Superior Asphalt 601-***-****

For one month I served as an equipment operator and was promoted to a supervisor after thirty days. I was in charge of a crew working on the project to reconstruct Hwy 90 in Biloxi,MS and Gulfport, MS. My duties included removing curb, grading and overseeing grading to MDOT standards, scheduling employees, preparing time sheets for employees among others. One of the main facets of the position was to maintain quality workmanship while remaining on schedule.

For the past eight months I have served as a machine operator in Waveland, MS. on the FEMA project restoring utilities to the community.

2006-2007 Operator/Foreman Speegle Construction Co. 321-***-****

For approximately one year I worked on a government project where I had the responsibility of completing the layout and setting the elevations for the installation of utilities at a new building site and the parking area. My responsibilities also included the fine grading of parking lots and retention ponds via dozer and grader. These are some of the accomplishments of my tenure at this project.

I worked on a subdivision clearing land which included the grading of ponds and roads.

I performed the duties of excavating roadways, ponds, grading lots and sub grading for asphalt/curb. As supervisor I curtailed the management of the grading crews.

I supervised the daily duties of the employees at the blacktop plant as well as the sand and
