• The Citigroup Private Bank uses the client website project as the single delivery channel for its high net worth clients. The private bank clients can securely access account and portfolio information, new products information, news and rates feeds from Reuters, personalize their profile and also communicate with their private banker. The CWS provides login for both internal users (Bankers) and external users (Clients).

• Responsibility included managing Client web site project with One QA analysts and 3 testers. Responsible for all software quality assurance activities, including test plan engineering, test case generation, automated & manual test execution, usability analysis, problem reporting, and documentation analysis. Responsible for the daily activities of the QA staff assigned to various and multiple Client projects. Monitor the successful completion of the quality initiatives at every step of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC . Adapt quality initiatives to suit the specific project without compromising the integrity of the Quality Assurance process. Project One (P1)-

• P1 was developed as a data aggregation and client reporting solution. It provides consolidated, comprehensive, consistent view of customer’s wealth.

Overtime P1 has been enhanced to deliver many more value added functionalities than just reporting. They are:

 Performance calculation reporting

 Legal statement

 Multilanguage and Multicurrency reporting.

o Internal website-It provides different views to the position, transactions and other financial data stored in ODS. Users can choose to view the data at an EG or RRG. Some views are also available at individual account level.

o Monthly Reports-The monthly report is generated by a batch process, scheduled by tool Autos. The tool invokes the shell file generate_report.sh at the start of a month to create the report for the previous month.

o Statements-It is a Monthly Report which is organized into key sections. This provides overview of Financial Holdings (Assets/Liabilities), Detailed Reporting of all assets and liabilities and Comparison of Positions/Assets between months
