Managed Department deployment of Desktop and Application Virtual migration. All Desktops migrated to Virtual

Desktop. All applications virtualized using Microsoft App-V, 16,000 Seats, four countries, US, Canada, Mexico,

Australia. 60% reduction in hardware costs, 75% reduction in maintenance, removal of Desktop Virus support.

Managed Technical Delivery Group for Pharmaceutical Company to upgrade and automate clinical H1N1 data into

proprietary application reporting database. Performed detail analysis of application components and compatibility for

automation enhancements, including verifying Active Directory integration, FDA and EMEA reporting requirements.

Automation reduced resources required for data entry 5 fold.

Managed Migration of 1500 Desktops and Laptops to Virtual Desktop with Virtual applications. Corporate desktop was

made available to all employees from any location. The Virtual applications, through secured physical access, allowed

employees to be able to work from home or customers offices with Internet access. Virtual Terminals reduced

Hardware costs by 75%. Corporate cost savings equated to $100,000 per year. Reduced Image upgrade and

deployments costs by more than 50%.

Consolidated Microsoft Architecture for Global Company by 22% while maintaining Normal operations. Reduced

redundant Domain Controllers and installed Read Only Domains for remote offices. Established several Virtual

Domain controllers

Deployed Microsoft Vista Desktop OS over network for entire Circuit Chip manufacturer Desktops including

Multilanguage for Image builds over-Seas. Reducing C.O.O (Cost of Ownership) with centralized distribution and

Single corporate image. Automated deployment included 10 applications and Microsoft office. OS upgrade to global

desktops and laptops over US, Canada, Europe, UK, and Asia including Taiwan and China offices. Deployment

covered by Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2007. Eight thousand employees, 5 Servers and one

Microsoft License Server were involved in the upgrade.

Reduced and enhanced Corporation Architecture with 64 bit technology. Increasing corporate capabilities while

reducing cost of Maintenance 23%.

Performed an information technology (IT) systems assessment for a Financial Services Company. Discussed

Company's Current IT architecture including independent IT groups from merged acquisitions. Discussed Company's

present direction, future plans. Developed and presented recommendations that supported Clients strategic business

improvement project. Presented Microsoft deployment strategies for Automated Deployments. Recommendation

included delegation of authority and Image standards for internal IT groups as well as Microsoft's Enterprise Desktop

Deployment (BDD). Recommendations targeted reducing deployment time by one half (1/2). Reducing administration

costs and maintenance fees by 70%.
