Project Manager / Rightsize Facility Performance / January 2007-present

Managed large scale relocation, transitions, and decommissioning projects. Coordinated turnkey solutions for clients in transition. Managed the successful relocation of Adventist Midwest Health Systems, consisting of 300 employees, 8 departments and 9 facilities over a 10 phase 3 month span. Managed the turnkey relocation for the National Opinion Research Center consisting of 200 employees, on 4 floors. Also managed the successful decommissioning of 75,000 square feet of office space over 4 nights for the same client. Currently managing, coordinating and supervising the decommissioning of 780,000 square feet of office space for the JP Morgan Chase Bank. This project consists of 20 floors of furniture at 2 separate facilities. The timeline for completing this project is December 31, 2007. We were given tight restrictions, and a narrow time frame for completion.
