Professional Experience

SENIOR SUPERVISOR

CK Technologies, Mount Airy, NC, May 2006 – Present

Duties include all the Senior Material Specialist/ Scheduler , Environmental Health & Safety and Program Supervisors tasks and engineering for the PPAP samples of new projects and material changes. Determined the PPH and paint usage for all quotes for new business. During sales presentations did all plant tours and was the technical support during presentations. One time production went from 90% to 99%.

SENIOR MATERIAL SPECIALIST/SCHEDULER ENVIRONMENTAL, HEALTH & SAFETY

Preformed all scheduling for paint lines and assembly departments including ILVS for Freightliner in Cleveland and Saltillo Mexico. Purchased all of the paint and chemicals for the facility. Ordered molded parts for paint and assembly from other facility. Reviewed all chemicals being brought into the facility to insure safety and green seal.

PROGRAM SUPERVISOR

Completed the engineering and retro fitting of the automated paint line before the plant could go into operation. Training of the painters and other associates on how to do their duties. Trained all associates in EH&S. The supervision of painting, assembly and shipping and receiving departments. Set up and maintained a VOC tracking system for emissions.

Create a Health and Safety Program for the facility. Which lowered OSHA recordable injuries 95% and Workers Comp cost by 99% in one year. Applied for air permits with the TNRCC. Installed a Thermal Oxidizer to reduce emissions 95%. Implemented an air emissions tracking system for NSPS, TCEQ and TTT compliance. Implemented safety Program and training for all employees. Performed all purchasing for EHS Programs.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Supervised the molding floor with twelve injection molding presses and 6 assembly operations. Presses were fully automated and did in-mold applications. Trained the molding technitions and gave direction to the automation technetions. Training and technical support for automated paint lines and the robot paint line.

TECHNICAL WRITER/QUALITY ENGINEER

Wrote the Production and quality work instructions and SOP.Developed incoming, production and AQL inspections programs for InteSys. Was also the company Quality reprehensive to Nokia.
