• Rewards and Recognition Program Lead Administrator –coordinated and implemented the rewards and recognition program for IT. Researched and communicated options for managers on how to recognize employees for exemplary performance, both monetarily and non-monetarily. Partnered with AMEX vendor to implement a tool for uploading, preparing and delivery of AMEX reward cards to recipients. Partnered with colleagues to implement an internal database for monitoring use of the program. Provided statistics to management regarding use of program in terms of amount of spend per functional area and per recognition options.
• Performance Management System Administrator –managed the internal process, documents and calendar for Total Performance Management program. Provided training for functional area Performance Management Coordinators (PMC’s) on the performance management module of Peoplesoft.
