Dispatch Supervisor (2006 – 2007)
Manage activities of approximately 40 drivers. Direct the planning and coordination of the local pick and delivery responsibilities for over 500 customers. Accountable for the time sensitive nature of the freight movements. Constant customer communication regarding shipments, including resolution of problems and issues.
