A $70M company that has recently made 2 acquisitions that will bring that up to about $125M, selling Seals and Gaskets for various different industries, with divisions in Texas, Washington, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin.

Systems Administrator

Monitored and maintained ERP database, and performed data extractions for use in managing shipments, preparing customer accounts and analyzing statistics. Administered the local area network and used Active Directory to synch servers. Managed the corporate intranet and the email system.

• Setup a collocation facility to ensure uninterrupted access to the ERP Server.

• Developed the website that became the basis for the company intranet.

• Managed installation of the Wide Area Network, and facilitated 2 telco provider changes.

• Migrated data from 4 separate ERP systems to a single system, including inventory balance, open A/R, open A/P, open sales orders, open quotes and open purchase orders.

• Facilitated the move of all data systems for 3 divisions changing office and warehouse locations.
