Qualifications

I have a combined 16 years construction experience with two companies. My work skills include being promoted to paving foreman within my first year on the job. I have completed multiple management courses and participated in HMA,NAPA, AND AAPA seminars. I received my Paving Technician Certification in Florida which was required on all state projects. I have worked as a Paving Foreman, and Project Manager before recently promoted to Construction Manager. My duties through out my career have involved scheduling, site prep,new construction, overlays, and able to read and interpret plans, being involved with multiple State and Federal Agencies, weekly cost meetings, and assisting in all bidding with Hard Dollar program. I have multiple computer skills needed to complete my daily tasks and reports for State Agencies and inter company purposes. I also managed a mechanic staffing for regular pm and equipment repairs as well as overseeing weekly equipment reports and purchasing and leasing of equipment and parts for Arkansas Division. I also have a LPN degree that I received as a second choice career.
