Pre-qualifying the borrower, taking the initial loan application and placing the loan with a Lender.
Prepare GFE,TIL and all loan documentation for the file and send out to the borrower for initial signatures.
Once all signed disclosures are back I would review them and lock the loan if ready.
Update the 1003, do social security number verification, order appraisal, title, hazard insurance, prepare the file for underwriting and submit to proper Lender.
Upon approval obtain any required items from the borrower and prepare the file for docs and funding.
Review final HUD 1, reconcile all Lender checks and submitted for payroll.
Prepare the branch accounting for all bills and disbursements for payment.
