Manage full cycle recruiting– telephone screening, employment offers, and salary negotiations. Perform targeted searches, networking, employee referrals, and direct sourcing. Utilize various sourcing methods such as data mining, cold calling, warm calling, social media, and college recruiting, and networking.

Work closely with client group to develop national /global recruiting strategy. Conduct executive confidential searches, negotiate salary and compensation package.
