Ensured company achieved it’s strategic targets by effectively preparing and maintaining a 3 year capital plan by studying the business needs and selecting the right projects for inclusion in the plan.
Prepared detailed capital expenditure request for each project, including justification, design, scope, cost estimates and time schedules and effectively communicated the plan to the project sponsors and approvers.
