Description:

Cardtronics is an ATM industry leader, with the largest ATM network in the United States. All ATM machines have a processor running. Each processor will record all the transaction information for that given terminal. This transactional information is feed into the Transactional database on a daily basis with only that particular day's data. The second database maintains the Terminal Information, Merchant information etc. The existing system has several Access databases with several queries that will retrieve information from these databases.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Created database Outlines according to business requirements.

Develop load rules and overall maintenance of cube.

Developed and implemented Dimensions and member Attributes.

Load the historical data into the cube.

Design and Develop OLAP cubes.

Involved in creating databases, outlines, applications and generated calc scripts.

FP & A (Financial planning and analysis) group required the faster access to track the financial and operational performance of the organization in terms of monitoring the analytics reports.

Dynamically created Dimensions and members using the Rule files based on the business requirement.

Assigning Storage properties, Consolidations, Hierarchies, Attributes and Aliases to the members.
