• Designed and developed a set of biomedical products for chemical and biomedical client companies.

• Managed a project to design and develop a multichannel temperature controller, leading a group of electrical and software engineers from product conception to the ultimate successful release, and overseeing all project management activities while also individually contributing to the project.

• Designed, built and tested key circuits for a discrete component ASIC prototype, now an Analog Devices AD5933 chip.

• Designed PC-based system for semi-automated calibration of sensor readout electronics.

• Found technical solution and redesigned signal conditioning electronics, reducing long-term drift in sensor unit from 2.4% per week to less than 0.1% per week.

• Reduced lab sensor electronics prototype to a small single board unit. This unit has been working on a FEDEX truck engine. This unit had been tested more than 6 months without a failure, under vibration and environmentally stressful conditions.

• Developed and manufactured interface electronics for the novel type of a liquid property sensor with analog signal excitation and a conditioning unit, as well as a microprocessor unit with CAN interface.

• Developed multi-channel pressure monitoring electronics for a small-scale lab chemical reactor.

6/98-3/04 Electrical Engineer Symyx Technologies Santa Clara, CA

• Developed highly efficient switching electronics to control multi-well magnetic stirring plate.

• Designed, built and tested numerous data acquisition circuits from specifications to fully functional products.
