I worked for “Morgan Molten Metal Systems, a subsidiary of The Morgan Crucible Company PLC for past 10 years. I worked in different group companies located all over the world in different capacities. This company produced “Crucibles” which is a ceramic product used at high temperature in non ferrous foundries. As a key member of technology team, I lead several projects for transferring the product lines as well as new product development and upgrading the quality standards.

• Responsible to 2 different sites, MCIL and DCC, located in different cities.

• Responsible for process, quality, technology, customer complaints, R&D and ISO9001:2008.
