DESCRIPTION:

Automation of hardware maintenance’ is an Online Problem Solving System, which helps the customers to make online clarifications for their problems. This project contains three types of users. They are end user, admin, and super-admin. In this system super-admin can create location, system with some configuration, employee IDs with respective their skills and assign systems to particular locations. End-user can send his problem in this system. That problem will be sent to the person, who is expert in that area. Out of many experts one can take that ownership and if he could not solve that problem then he can cancel his ownership then other expert will take the ownership.

DESCRIPTION:

PIM is designed to manage the Purchase order and Inventory management of an organization. Whenever there is any raw material shortage is found an employee can immediately post the material requirements. While posting a request employee can choose a particular Vendor and Items need for the production. This request is processed by the different authorities and issues a purchase order. The purchase order is issued based on the performance of a Vendor. Timely order of the materials and checking the status of inventory periodically, improve the efficiency of the Inventory.
