The Purpose of this application is converting the accounts receivable file that’s generated by the individual Admin system to a format that acceptable to the Solomon system. SAT (Special Access Tracking)
Whenever a new employee is hired, HR representative enters the details in SAT, which generate a Bugzilla ticket for default access (PC, software’s, network access etc.), Manager of that employee comments in ticket for any additional access.
Employee or Supervisor has to initiate all application or database access thorough this application only. Product owners grant the permissions on Supervisor’s approval.
Whenever any employee gets terminated, HR enters the details in SAT application, which generates a Bugzilla ticket with termination date.
