BRM (Billing Rule Manager)

BRM, Billing Rule Manager is designed specifically for companies Mediaplex and Commission Junction. The purpose of this application is to calculate and bill the monthly activity (i.e. Clicks, Impressions, Emails etc...) of the Advertisers.

Payment Manager Application

Payment Manager Application is used for paying the Publishers and Trade (company expenses) through Wells Fargo Bank by Checks, Domestic ACH and International ACH. The Companies that using the Payment Manager application to pay the Publishers are ValueClick Media, Commission Junction and Webclients

Solomon File Converter (solgen)

Solomon file converter application is used by the Finance users; this application is used by Commission Junction, Mediaplex, MeziMedia, HiSpeed Media, Pricerunner, Search 123 and Webclients. The Purpose of this application is converting the accounts receivable file that’s generated by the individual Admin system to a format that acceptable to the Solomon system. Account Receivable (AR) department uses this application

SAT (Special Access Tracking)

Whenever a new employee is hired, HR representative enters the details in SAT, which generate a Bugzilla ticket for default access (PC, software’s, network access etc.), Manager of that employee comments in ticket for any additional access.

Employee or Supervisor has to initiate all application or database access thorough this application only. Product owners grant the permissions on Supervisor’s approval.

Whenever any employee gets terminated, HR enters the details in SAT application, which generates a Bugzilla ticket with termination date.
