• Worked with vendors and received the approvals from the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) and US/EU Safety Agency

• Supported team members, meeting key Program deliverables

• Evaluated and selected EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable read only memory) and lithium battery for B700 postage meter (first digital meter with thermal paper printing technology)

• Qualified vendors (Seeq and Atmel for EEPROM and Ray-O-Vac for Li battery)

• Presented the paper on lithium battery test results at IEEE conference, Long Beach California
