This is project Punjab Govt. It is related to E-Governance.

Punjab SWAN: State Punjab divided into distt & distt is divided into Tehshil POP/Block POP Center. In NMS spectrum, we have implemented Patch 9.1.3.13, Global Collection and world topology view & have provided the username & password to DIT for monitoring the Punjab SWAN link & routers parameters & switches parameter. Take action on alarms which are generated on routers/switches. In NMS E health, this is very strong reporting tool & Generating on demand report.

This is a leased line network & controlling, monitoring through Network Operation Center, State Network Centre & NMS, PROXY, DNS server are controlled by administrator & backup has been taken through SAN setup.
