Microsoft, MSN and DTS are data warehouse client-server web-applications which allow generation of different reports using relational data stored in centralized data base.

Web Automated Telephone Interview (WATI) system allows call centers to manage assigned contacts, schedule interviews, and view up-to-date statistics. WATI is also integrated with the online survey system which allows the real-time survey answers to be stored in the centralized database, eliminating daily data download from field service centers.

Basically, there are online and phone survey results to update database and web-portals to monitor survey statistics. After each defined period of time, new survey responses are stored in DB and new builds of online portals are deployed to generate various statistical reports with defined business rules.
