Managed daily operations activities for the Roanoke, VA facility as required by service needs, and the business contract for the Roanoke City Public School District’s pupil transportation. Responsible for over $10 million in revenue and a cost savings to the school district of $250K per year. Manage business development, administration, production, financial, and safety. Managed the construction project for building the offices. Instrumental in the structuring of the transportation department from the ground up, including ordering equipment and ensuring that all company standards were met.
