● Assumed project management responsibilities of a 454 unit apartment community that was
under construction in Toledo, OH. Assisted superintendents with scheduling, building
inspections, unit turnover, and the completion of site amenities.
● Assumed project management responsibilities of a 285 unit, 928-bed student housing project
at the University of South Florida, in Tampa, Florida. Fast-tracked subcontractor buy-out and
construction in order to position this project to deliver in August of 2009.
