• Initiated and managed a perpetual cycle counting program that established an inventory accuracy level of 95%---Commercial Filters.

NICEPAK PRODUCTS, INC.

• Purchase, release, expedite, and control the inventory levels of over 173 plastic tubs and lids, over 1,495 labels, over 128 bags, and 316 flow wraps, for all eleven production lines. This accounts for over 70% of all raw materials, for the Indiana facility.

• Work extensively with an MRP system- BPCS, and Red Prairie warehouse management system.

• Monthly inventory analysis of excessive, and obsolete inventory, to trim overall inventory dollars, and increase inventory turns.

ELI LILLY & COMPANY- Delivery Devises Div. (Contract with Theoris)

• Successfully launched SAP release 12, in April, 2006, and release 13 in August, 2006.

• Responsible for scheduling the production on an assembly line of insulin delivery devise pens. Duties include releasing Process Orders, and monitoring daily days of stock, of seven finished good items, distributed throughout the US.

ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS–Applied Sciences Div.–(Contract with Adecco)

• Planner and controller of the inventory and production of the powder filled products (170 items), and the Purchase and Kitting of the Lightcycler and MagNA Pure Instruments for the purification and detection of nucleic acids, and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). The value of the inventory that I control averages $3 million in standard cost.

• Extensive use of SAP software, for purchasing and shop floor control, including work orders, bills of material, and routings. Also, using E-Doc, Outlook, Excel, and Access.

UNIVERSAL HOSPITAL SERVICES

• Tested, cleaned, and delivered respiratory equipment to hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes across Indiana.
