‘Enhancing Effluent Treatment at Vapi Waste & Effluent Management Co ltd.’

Trouble shooting the ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) related activities of our Member units & their

treatability studies.

Carry out Bioassay test and other toxicological test.

Man power handling (i.e. Assistant, Workers, & Contract Labors).

Conduct lab as well as Pilot plant trials for treatability studies.

Development of Novel microbes (Culture bank).

Providing Technical Assistance in Operation & maintenance of 60 MLD plant.

Dealing with party’s for lab chemicals & equipments, negotiation & preparing Annual Rate

Contract.

On hand experience of running the plant, and exposed to various treatment strategy such as UASB

(Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket), Activated Sludge Process, Electro- oxidation, CACCO

(Chemoautotrophic Activated Carbon Catalytic Oxidation), FACCO (Fenton Activated Carbon

Catalytic Oxidation), Vermicomposting etc.
