• Responsible for the supervision and management of multiple hazardous material projects (asbestos, lead and mold) including estimating, scheduling, cost controls, scheduling subcontractors, procurement of equipment and supplies.

Commercial Construction Intern

• The “Village” consisted of the construction of six mixed use buildings at America’s newest destination year round resort.

• Duties included: document management, attending management and Contractor/Owner meetings, reviewing general contractor’s monthly billings, research and review RFI’s, verify and inspect contractor performance and safety, update drawings, performed owner punch lists, assist in commercial real estate TI reviews and in general, assist the main commercial Project Manager.

• Responsible for changing and implementing new guidelines for approving residential punch list items for the entire residential construction.

Allen Bradbury Construction, Inc. – Seattle, WA March 2006 – July 2006

Onsite Superintendent

• Onsite managed the McClure Federal Building Fire Alarm Upgrade Project in Boise Idaho.

• The project entailed the complete upgrade of the fire alarm system throughout the entire 8 floors of the McClure Federal Building in Boise Idaho. There were three subcontractors onsite including approximately 12 skilled craftsmen. The project entailed working an evening shift in a high secure Federal building and working above ceilings in asbestos contaminated areas. The project started October of 2005 and was completed in July of 2006.

• My responsibilities included; reporting directly to the Project Manager, organize, schedule and manage subcontractors (abatement contactor, electrical and fire alarm contractor), coordinate with tenants, perform safety inspections, train and oversee electricians working in secure and potentially hazardous regulated areas, QA/QC install, test fire alarm system and update General Contractor and GSA weekly on progress.

AC Betz Construction – Boise ID June 2004-July of 2007

• Purchased and renovated homes in Boise and McCall, Idaho

• Renovations were complete remodels including but not limited to; kitchens/baths, electrical and plumbing.

• Self performed all work except for plumbing and electrical.

NW Abatement Services – Tacoma WA 1993-December 2002

• Estimated and managed abatement projects throughout Washington and Oregon.

• Performed work for: most school districts in Washington State, Public Works throughout Washington State, GSA (General Services Admin), US Bureau of Reclamation, Fort Lewis, McCord and Sub Base Bangor as well as many other public and private entities.

• Project sizes varied up to $600,000 and crew sizes varied up to 20 employees.
