• Completing inpatient daily rounds on all inpatients and documentation of medical plan, participating in

rounding with Attending Physician several times per week

• Providing routine medical management of inpatient care including ordering and interpretation of diagnostic

tests, labs, x-rays, medications and nutrition

• Function as a first or second assistant in the operating room including performing surgical exposure, surgical

dissections, closure of wounds, and application of dressings

• Function as bedside assistant in the operating room for all GYN surgical procedures involving the Davinci

Robot

• Attended a two day special training course in Tampa, FL at the USF da Vinci Training Center

• Prepare patients for surgery, including education, positioning, skin preparation

• Active in attending outpatient clinic and participating in initial evaluation of all new cancer diagnoses

• Obtaining a detailed medical history and physical examination

• Develop and implement plan of care with attending supervision

• Complete appropriate documentation of all evaluations, care, and services provided
