St. Joseph’s Hospital
2006-2008 Summers
Volunteer for three summers in different wards of the hospital. My first and second summer consisted of working in the cardiac rehabilitation ward. My duties ranged from making beds, to bringing food to patients, and answering the hospitals switchboard, assembling charts, determining if a nurse or doctor needed to be paged, and transferring calls. My third year consisted of working with moms-to-be, in St. Joseph’s woman’s hospital. My duties ranged from answering the switchboard, checking in moms-to-be into the hospital, and escorting patients to the different doctor offices for their appointments.
McDonald’s
2007-2010 Full Time
I have been working for McDonalds since my freshman year of high school. I am an Area manager. My duties range from keeping cleanliness of the store, supervising crew performance, train and keep crew up to date with current safety procedures. I also make sure minors receive breaks, and make sure the State of Florida Employment Guide lines are followed. Also I work with customers, to make sure excellent customer service, is provided at all times, and that the customer’s experience meets our standards. Also I have money handling skills, from handling money transactions for customers.
Computer Generated Solutions (CGS)
2008-2009 Part-Time
Provided customer service and technical support for Phillips and Magnavox products; such as Televisions, DVD players, recorders, and surround sound systems. My job duties consisted of working the desk’s switchboard, and directing customers calls, to the correct technical departments. Also provide customers with minor technical assistance, if possible.
