Beazer Homes Fort Myers, FL. 2004-2007 VP Land Acquisition and Development

As the land department head, responsibilities include: Managing all land acquisitions, entitlements,

due diligence, estimating, design, permitting and construction of all civil projects in Southwest Florida. Responsible for profit and loss.

Transeastern Properties Coral Springs, FL. 1999 to 2004 Director of land Development

Managed the land acquisition, entitlement, permitting, planning, engineering, contractors, estimating, vendors, scheduling, for all projects in Florida (over 5000 mixed use residential lots, commercial parcels and amenities). Supervised all civil projects in Florida. Responsible for compliance with SWPPP’s, BMP’s, EPA, ACOE and OSHA safety. Successful in reducing cost and on time delivery on all projects.

Supervised the construction of all amenities, commercial, roadways and infrastructure in Southwest Florida. Managed the engineers, surveyors, architects and contractors on all projects. Supervised the construction of major golf courses, clubhouses and commercial projects.

Law Engineering Naples, FL. 1991 to 1995 Project Manager

Performed phase 1 and phase 2 site assessments/remediation in Florida. Installed monitoring wells and piezometers using hand augers and drill rigs. Supervised soil and water remediation. Drafted reports with conclusions and/or recommendations for clients. Managed the construction and environmental impacts due to the widening of I75 from Naples to Miami.
