Beazer Homes Fort Myers, FL. 2004-2007 VP Land Acquisition and Development

As the land department head, responsibilities include: Managing all land acquisitions, entitlements,

due diligence, estimating, design, permitting and construction of all civil projects in Southwest Florida. Responsible for profit and loss.
