It uses webMethods as a middleware to exchange the inbound and outbound documents (Purchase Orders, Acknowledgments, Goods Receipts, Payments, and Invoices) betweens its external vendors and SAP

Roles and Responsibilities

Create Project Plans for major enhancements and coordinate with Customers for training and any issues.

Provide maintenance and production support to the existing webMethods interfaces, SAP RFC connections, interfaces and webMethods Integration server(s).

As part of a strategic outsourcing contract between Williams and IBM, IBM was given the responsibility of managing, supporting and enhancing the entire IT operations of Williams across various locations.

Roles and Responsibilities

Acted as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Created Project Plans for end to end delivery for major customer applications.

One of the main developer from IBM to implement and rollout the Williams role based intranet home page (http://my.williams.com) and single sign on with People soft and other applications.

Worked in the capacity of webserver administrator supporting the Williams’s intranet (http://my.williams.com) and internet DMZ (http://www.williams.com) website and setting up the security for sensitive applications so the access is limited based on the FERC guidelines.

Involved in the capacity of a developer and the webserver administrator for the Weblogic to Websphere migration project. Implemented SSO for a lot of corporate apps (Project Support, Security Control, ERP Party, CAMS etc) and involved in setting up the clustered environment.
