● Designed drive systems, gearboxes, system piping and calculated speeds and feed rates for conveyor systems.
● Displayed full competency in the use of 3D CAD tools (SolidWorks) to create innovative designs and documentation.

● Design and Analysis of Multimaterial Disc Brake Rotor Jan‘10 – May‘10
Designed and analyzed brake disc rotor using multi materials for better Strength and Temperature distribution, with the help of a Finite Element meshing technology to model the heterogeneous brake disc rotor. This project concerned with transient heat transfer and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to design a stronger disc with minimum thermal and mechanical stresses. Tool: Pro-E/Mechanica, Solidworks.
● Design and Analysis of Monoshock Regular Swing Arm Rear Suspension Aug‘08– Dec‘08
Designed and analyzed an automobile component, Monoshock Regular Swingarm Rear Suspension for complete Static analysis and optimized the design to reduce its mass up to 10%.Tool: ProE/Mechanica.
● Design Photovoltaic equipment Jan‘10 – May‘10
Designed photovoltaic equipment like solar panel for a house, based on available resources. Calculate solar radiation and energy generation for three different types of designs and analyzed them on the basis of efficiency and cost requirement.
• Harley Davidson Bike Wheel Feb‘09 – May‘09
Created 3 different design of wheel for lighter weight and more stiffness. Optimize the design to minimize the extra weight of the design. Made 3 fresh designs with the help of Pro-E and did Finite Element Analysis with help of Pro/Mechanica.
• A Suspension System for Half –Car Model Dec‘08
Analyze the suspension system of a vehicle based on linear model with four degrees of freedom. A half-car model was used to investigate the dynamic response of cars with uncertainty under random road input excitations. Tool: Matlab.
● Comparison & Performance Analysis of Alternative I.C. Engine Fuels Jan‘08 – July‘08
Worked in group of 2 to analyze on the basis of energy contains, cost, safety, availability and pollution contains. Compared Hydrogen, CNG, LPG, Biodiesel, Ethanol and Methanol. And found that CNG is the most preferable alternative fuel.
