2. Make modal, Assembly & Detailing for 300 kW WEG all sub-assembly parts & assembly parts (E.g. Gearbox, Nacelle, Hub, Nacelle, Tower, etc.) Process – take dimension and make modal by using design software & measuring instrument.)

3. Make Purchase Order and send to all suppliers for 300kW WEG.

4. Collect quotation from various suppliers for all sub- assembly parts rebuilding.

5. Various supplier company visit for inspection and testing purpose after completed sub-assembly rebuilding work.

6. Gearbox no-load testing inspected in EMTICI, Madurai.

 Project Name: 300kW WEG – New ideas implementation

 Process:-

1. Arrange gearbox cooling system & gearbox cooling holding fixture new concept create and make modal by using Pro/E software, and take detailing, and fixing gearbox cooling system on gearbox with holding fixture.

2. All sensor holding fixture concept to be created, and make modal by using design software, and will fix on Nacelle.

3. Hub extension – Take benchmarking from various site, And creating new concept according to my benchmarking, Make modal and give to supplier for production.

4. Calculated various wind loads acting on 300kW WEG by using Air Screw software 2000.

5. Developed commissioning protocol, maintains and operating manual for BVQI approval.

 Project Name: 250kW WEG – Concept design.

 Process:

1. Cooling system concept design for inside nacelle cooling air circulation purpose. New design air cooling winder in nacelle two sides near by gearbox.

2. Oil cooling system design.
