Created and implemented engineering and quality systems for a manufacturing department that was already in place as well as the process for one that was transferring facilities. Performed vendor‘s assessment and control plans, analyzing and resolving quality problems through the 5 why’s techniques; implemented SPC systems and led the MBR meetings.
