Currently working with Orient Paper Mills (Birla Group), Amlai (ISO-14001 Certified Company), MP as a Sr. Chemist in Environment Management Department from 20 April 2011 to till date.

Job Profile

Operation and Maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). Emission for Stationary Sources, Analysis of Water and Waste Water, Ambient and Work Environment Noise Level.

Operation and Maintenance of HRTS. Treatment and Disposal of Waste Water through land application by HRTS (High Rate Transpiration System).

Water conservation activities.

Soil Pollution activities.

Air monitoring and reporting of pollution control board.

Monitoring & Evaluation of performance of ETP (Capacity of 45,000 cubic meters per day).

Effluent Treatment Plant (Comprises of Primary Treatment, Activated Sludge Process, Aeration Tank, Storage Tank and Oxidation Process) Operation.

Modernization of Activated Sludge Plant.

Modernization of Effluent Treatment Plant (addition of Filter unit).

Statutory Report returns for Fortnightly, Monthly and Annual Report Submission to M.P. Pollution Control Board and CPCB.

Obtaining NOC from state pollution control Board, Compliance of Consent to establish granted by State pollution control Board.

Total experience 4.2 years .

Other Details

Experience in ETP, ITC, Ltd. Haridwar through Enhanced WAPP System (I) pvt. Ltd. Delhi.(1 year 3 month)

Responsibility –ETP operation & maintenance, Sample collection with P.C.B., CPCB. ETP report, analysis of effluent sample.

Experience in Environment Department, Diamond Cement Narsingarh Damoh M.P. (Prop. Heidelberg Cement Group India) through Ecomen Lab Lucknow.(1 year 5 months)

Responsibility – Air monitoring, Air parameter testing in air samples, reporting.

Projects

Experience in ETP chemist, Polyplax khatima through sawan project Lucknow.

Responsibility –ETP operation & maintenance, Sample collection,

analysis of effluent sample. (4 Month)

I have completed my M.Sc. Dissertation work from NTPC Singaruli, Sonbhadra (U.P.) in supervision of Mr. Abhimannu Sharma GM of NTPC. My Dissertation topic is “Potential utilization of fly ash &impact of ground water and soil Industries NTPC singrauli Ltd. Sonebhadra (U.P.).

Physico-chemical analysis of effluent of opium factory and water from different sites at Govt. Opium & Alkaloid Works Ghazipur (U.P.)

Physico-chemical analysis of Distillery effluent. Lards Ghazipur (U.P.)
