User Exit/ Function Exit

• Add code and activate Function exit EXIT_SAPLMGMU_001 which should initiate whenever a material is changed or created. The code in the user exit should run the ABAP report described in above section for the material just created or changed and save the file in the prescribed folder

Conversions / Interfaces / BDC

• Developed a data conversion program (BDC) for uploading customer Information from legacy system to R/3 System. This program categorizes the list in to existing and new customers.

• Developed a data interface program (BDC) to transfer Goods Receipts from the legacy system to SAP R/3 system. This program creates an error log file for records, which does not find respective item in the Item master.

• Created BDC program for updates the entries to physical inventory created in the legacy system in to R/3 system.

SAP Script & Smartforms

• Modified the SAP Standard Forms for Goods Receipt(WESCHEINVERS3) to include Company Logo, Text (Sender, Header, and Footer) and assigning the standard print page layout setting that were transported using the standard programs RSTXSCRP .
