Claims are received from dealers and Distributors worldwide for payment of their services. These claims are processed using the business rules in effect and dealers are informed of the results of this processing. Business rules reside in an Aion Knowledgebase. Control over the application of these rules to claims processed is done by Warranty Administration using a web-based application for parameter maintenance. Using the on-line Corp. Claim Entry Internet portal the people can enter the claims, submit the claims and can check for the acknowledgements This Warranty system deals with both Online and Batch Processing Applications.
