•Using data From Excel spreadsheet we developed a system to update the data into a universally defined data base on the AS400, which in turn was used to display various information on the product pages of the website. •Designed 837 EDI mapping programs to work with EXTOL for hospital claims
•Developed and tested voids and refund processes. Also used RVI imaging systems to store and redisplay claims documentation for customer service people to better assist the client base
•Learned and implemented ZMOD functionality. Automated FTP processes for sending and picking up customer DDM files which, upon receiving data, also kicked off remote jobs. This process eliminated manual intervention
